Buyer will keep dog/puppy current on all vaccinations and preventative health measures at all times. buyer will also provide puppy w/ a quality  diet for large breed dogs.

THIS BREEDER WILL REPLACE THIS DOG  UNTIL 1 YEAR OF AGE, IF IT DIES DUE TO ANY HEREDITARY/GENETIC PROBLEMS IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET. Buyer must consult with Breeder within 24 hours of any illness and follow advice of Breeders Veterinarian. Under no circumstances is Seller to be held responsible for medical services.  Buyer must have a necropsy performed by the Breeder's Veterinarian or Breeder's Vet of choice within 24 hours of death.In the case of any Debilitating genetic/hereditary disease in which puppy is proven to have, before said buyers are to make decisions on fate of the puppy.  Seller Tammy Harman will not pay vet services incurred to determine this fate.  If puppy is to be found to have a debilitating disease puppy will be replaced and before said puppy can also be kept.  If the dicision is made to keep the puppy owner will be responsible for all care and for spay/nueter of before said puppy.  Seller retains the right to first refusal if, at anytime in the life of the dog, buyer is unable or unwilling to keep the dog.  If unable to take the dog at the time the seller will make its best efforts to assist buyer with finding a new home.  If at anytime the buyer of before said dog is found to be abusing or neglecting before said puppy seller is able to repossess the before said dog.  If found at anytime that this puppy is not getting quailty care seller will go as far as the law allows to prosecute for misconduct.  It is mutually understood and agreed that any litigation regarding this sale shall be brought about in the County and State where the sale originated.
